Production Manager

40 hours per week

Description of the role
As a Production Manager you plan, coordinate, and manage various localization productions from the onset of the budget creation to the best utilization of resources, setting timelines and performing continuous oversight through to product delivery. Key to this position is being the main contact partner between our clients and local and international production teams, adjusting plans within the production workflow as needed while ensuring Iyuno’s company standards and client requirements are simultaneously met along the full life cycle of the production.

The Production Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with sound engineers, directors, and translation team while working in tandem with the other Production Managers and the Booking Team.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with ICO contacts and clients – per client expectations. Understanding client’s needs;
  • Secure client satisfaction by securing availability and guidance;
  • Be a focal point for all stakeholders on a production, and ensure key information and resources are applied to projects;
  • Secure all project details are communicated to local production team and other relevant individuals;
  • Production planning, payment lines and budgets are entered to a system/EDMS, Tops, Navision;
  • Production management, planning, scheduling from order to delivery;
  • Securing timelines are kept and orders delivered timely;
  • Identify potential issues and proactively prevent these from escalating and compromising the projects.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Fluent in Dutch is essential, good level of English is a plus;
  • Teamplayer, able to work independently and in a team;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks;
  • Strong structural skills with attention to detail;
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and people skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients on different levels;
  • Ability to works comfortably with project budgets and project budget follow ups;
  • Highly motivated strong individual who works comfortably and autonomously in fast-paced environments;
  • Interest in the localization industry.
