ELIA has two exciting internship opportunities available. We are looking for a Conference Intern and a Communications Intern to join our dynamic, international team.

Conference & Communications Interns

24-32 hours a week (FTE 0.6-0.8)

Are you interested in developing online and physical events for higher arts education sector? ELIA is looking for a driven Conference Intern to assist in a variety of tactical and logistical tasks associated with organising the upcoming ELIA events, online and physical.

The Conference Intern should have some experiences in event management and an ability to work independently. Excellent organisational skills, a pro-active attitude, basic knowledge of video conferencing tools, good technical and IT skills are a must. Experiences with digital events and video production are a preference.

Location: Amsterdam & Online
Duration: 5 months, 24-32 hours a week (FTE 0.6 / 0.8)
Start date: ideally beginning of February 2021

This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about the arts and communication. Be part of a dynamic team highly proficient in running ground-breaking digital events. ELIA is looking for a highly motivated intern to join the Communications Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the arts and education sectors, excellent English writing skills, a marketing sensibility, and preferably graphic design and/or media skills. The Communications Intern must be able to work independently; think critically and work to tight deadlines.

Location: Amsterdam
Duration: 4 to 6 months, 24-32 hours a week (FTE 0.6 / 0.8)
Start Date: flexible, ideally as soon as possible
